Refund policy

At Wicked Wrench Motorsports, we engineer heavy-duty, specialty conversion components for demanding off-road and automotive swap applications. Because our products are specialized engineering solutions and built-to-order assemblies, we enforce strict guidelines to manage returns fairly.

Return Windows and Eligibility:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible standard stocking hardware components.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, uninstalled, in its original raw or coated finish, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all included installation bolts, spacers, or hardware inserts.

Custom-Made & Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Final Sale):

  • Custom-Made & Modified Components: All custom-made, custom-fabricated, built-to-order, or modified components—including our custom-machined drivetrain shafts, modified intake manifolds, 4x4 tail housing conversion kits, and custom standalone wiring harnesses—are strictly FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Any standard stocking item that shows physical signs of installation, mock-up mounting, bolt thread marking, trail usage, scratch marks, or customization cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs:

  • All approved returns on standard stocking items are subject to a fixed 15 percent restocking fee to cover product inspection, hardware verification, and repackaging labor.
  • Customers are entirely responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for heavy iron tail housing or gear components, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit back to our shop.

Exchanges and Damages:

If your hardware arrives damaged from carrier transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the shipping box and components so we can file an immediate carrier claim and get a replacement out to you.
